 Shakhshoukhah is one of the most famous dishes in Algeria, especially in the eastern region, which can not be dispensed with, especially in weddings and events.  While there is no accurate information about the history of the Shakshukh, which is likely to be an ancient Amazigh-Algerian heritage given its name
