OTHMANE BALI

Osman Bali .. Echo of the desert in the encyclopedia of world art Osman Bali, a creative and heritage icon, and a prominent cultural interface in the memory of creativity and exclusivity at the national and global levels. He is a transcontinental Tarki artist, making his artistic experience full of excellence, and full of brilliance stemming from the depth of the legacy of the emoji.  He has the right to call upon him for forgiveness, mercy and bliss, and it is his duty to honor him with his radiant artistic experience, which leads me to share with his intellectual prophet Abdul Razzaq Bukbeh his two valid questions that he raised on the eighth anniversary of the death of Osman Bali.  For saying: Why did Algeria carry in his heart and his art to revive his memory first? And to invest in the great quest of output song Altargih from Mhalitha to global attention?  After being able to transmit the song Tandi from the oases of the desert to the largest music halls in the world, from Prague to Beijing, from London to Paris, from Caracas to Copenhagen, and from Cairo to Tokyo, and then from Tamanrasset to Constantine, Algiers and Annaba. The late Osmani Mubarak called Bali, one of the grandsons of Sheikh Amoud icon of struggle in Alastasili and Heggar high, and his father is a man of jurisprudence from which he learned Bali the origins of religion and memorized many verses and the Quranic wall, and the mother is a poet and artist known to the Tuareg tribes in the fares of Alasili by performing the character of "Tandi" Bant  After being educated in the Qur'anic school “Tin Khatima” in 1963, he joined the only primary school at Gantt, before moving to Tamanrasset to continue his secondary education, to be the first witness to the discovery of his artistic talents as a singer and dancer in the secondary band,  Hence I started  Othman suit the movement towards the capital of Bali to take part in various national and international cultural events, after the fact that his band has its own music in 1987. But the beginning was not easy for Osman Bali in this area, especially as he is the only man who called for the need to turn against the traditions of the tribes of the "Touareg" in order to drop the custom that recognizes that singing is only for women in these tribes,  Sitting on the throne of music in southern Algeria, it is a woman's specialty.  Even the mizzad that accompanies the singer is also the wisdom of women, men are not entitled to caress their strings. Therefore, the refusal of Tuareg to Bali violently reached the point of throwing stones in his first public appearance, but his stubbornness and the support of his family prevented despair from the fulfillment of his dream from childhood, and his insistence achieved the exception and conviction that the blue man is also sung alongside his sister the woman.  He began to perform concerts, weddings and religious events, as he learned to play the oud, and mastered the Tharki rhythm. He began to become famous in the 1970s and became famous. Art is an international language that is transient and geographically, and extends in the details of time, because it is the only vessel that can accommodate human culture and does not die with the death of its creators.  Having produced a distinguished artist, he took from his original singing performance, lavish taste and unique autographs a real visa to deliver Tariqic art to the peoples of the earth, and created a brilliant place within world cultures.  Didn't he say with a life of confidence in Taraki who is familiar with the affairs of communication, and the secret of quiet communication that "music is a universal language, just like a smile, it does not need translation." Bali has long said it offers "modern Tartuq music" without any knots or slouching.  Having changed in the form of external music and in the flavor and embodiments of the external manifestation, without prejudice to the philosophy behind them or the wisdom that crowns its eternal talismans.  E. Yes, Osman rebelled against the Imzad and introduced to Tendi oud, and then rebelled again on the woman and sang what was forbidden to men.  Men had only the right to dance to women's singing.  In the Tuareg culture, string instruments are a desert gift for women, and no creature of any race other than women has the right to touch them or dare to play with them. Othmane Bali With his traditional dress and his “sophisticated” tone, Osman Bali sang on the top of the international forums, with a frequency and a band playing simple instruments of oud and drum, which achieved the exception in this character, which was not scratched by the roughness of modern technology.  He was accompanied by Mukhtar Bouazza, Elias Mohamed, Mokhtar Ben Oumar and Khabou Ismail, accompanied by Khadija Othman, Fatima Malika, Zahra Thamer and Yamina Zahwani.  His family is headed by Khadija or Khadija as he likes to call it.  His mother, who served as his teacher, is the protector of heritage and is the first tone in a symphony of sand, thirst and mottling.  When she plays it, she cuts down the sprawl and the vastness, she says, who is incapable of sandstorms, dewy nights and camels whispering to the wind that the homeland is part of a song, “It has a wonderful musical memory.”  And wheat. Adhering to his traditions and originality, Othmane Bali opened to Western musical texts, composing his texts in Tariqiya and in Arabic, sometimes adding some passages from the French language to enrich traditional Tariqic music.  Accompanied by the American percussionist Steve Sheehan.  Along with his outstanding musical performances accompanied by French jazz player Jean-Marc Bad and Fanny, he also boosted his musical score by recording three sets of songs, a heartbeat in the history of world music radiating in the colors of the desert and the fragrance of the dunes. He named these albums in Targic language: (Asuf) and means nostalgia / (Asarov) and pardon / (Asikal) and travel.  Born with a master artist named Steve Sheehan, born in 1957 in Virginia, USA, his origin is the Cherokee tribe, an elegant traveler, inventor of musical instruments, a composer who worked with leading international musicians such as Leonard Bernstein.  And John McLaughlin.  Nabil Bally, who plays the oud in the traditional band of the deceased, revealed that his father left more than 250 pieces of music and poetry, which he intends to use gradually in the upcoming albums he intends to record.  As well as interesting musical links, which I hear for the whole world, and echoed by a wide audience in which he sang to man, love, goodness and beauty.  . Nabil Bali's son, Nabil Bali, recounts that his father gave him a classical guitar when he was 13 years old to learn to play it alone, and then joined the band with whom he plays the rhythm.  Art tours in various summer festivals in France and Italy. The late Bali is a diverse asset characterized by quality, originality and good spirit lost by people in my country on 17 June 2005, following a tragic accident that led to the deceased in Oued Edegro at the age of 53 years.  Bali Queen Elizabeth Hall in London, and began to play the strings of his return, which used to say the magnitude of the pulse and hymns of the desert.  Yes, I left and left behind you tears abundantly inherit you, Bali, and it was not only a tear of the heart of the eye asked the cheeks .. God bless you and Akram Mathok.
